BOLDSEN & HOLM has, in collaboration with NCC, developed a new concept for future housing projects, which in a flexible way, can be built from 3-8 storeys in height, with up to four flats on each floor with floor plans varying in size from 90-125m².

It has been developed into a high quality building type, with a very low m² price, making it possible to build the house as owner-occupied flats as well as rented flats. The orientation of the flats ensures privacy, daylight and views. The houses can be located and orientated in accordance with the sun and the views.
